Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were sparkling clean and really spacious, though a bit lacking in decor. The service was average overall and could be more helpful at times. The location was superb, making it easy to explore Palermo on foot. The dining options were varied and the facilities were well-kept.
The hotel is ideally situated for a weekend getaway, within walking distance to the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. The staff is hardworking and kind, providing warm and accommodating service. However, the room service was slow on occasion and could benefit from more efficiency in booking processes.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The location was convenient, right in the antique center of Palermo with easy access to all the sights, but reaching the hotel by car was quite challenging. The rooms were cozy, but the noise from the main street was a bit bothersome during the day. The service was efficient, though not overly warm. Dining was satisfactory with a decent selection, and the facilities were adequate but not exceptional.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were superb, from the beautiful reception rooms of the nineteenth-century palazzo to a more spacious room on the first floor, complete with a study room and private terrace. The service provided was professional and courteous, with staff members always friendly and welcoming. Although the location right in the city center of Palermo was cozy and convenient, the noise from the personnel moving chairs and tables in the breakfast area was a bit of a downside.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and beautiful overlooking an internal courtyard that led to a parking garage, all at no extra cost, but they could use some renovation. The service was top-notch, with friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The location is unbeatable in the historic center, within walking distance to all major attractions. The dining experience was superb, with a wide selection of delicious food. Overall, a great value for the money.
I found the hotel to be centrally located in Palermo, making it easy to access all the main tourist attractions, and the morning breakfast was enjoyable. However, the restricted pedestrian zone made it a bit challenging to reach by car, plus the second sleeping area in some rooms was impractical for use.
